French Summer Camp 2026 : Celebrating Three Years of French Learning and Empowerment!

At La Plume Française, we firmly believe that learning a foreign language is not merely about acquiring a new means of communication—it is about discovering a new culture, developing confidence, and opening the door to new possibilities. With this vision at heart, La Plume Française, in collaboration with the Saving Dreams Foundation, successfully conducted the third consecutive edition of its French Summer Camp, a free three-month French language training programme for the students of the Foundation.
Three Years of a Meaningful Educational Initiative
The French Summer Camp has now become a cherished annual initiative, marking its third consecutive year of collaboration between La Plume Française and the Saving Dreams Foundation.
Over the course of three months, the students were introduced to the fundamentals of the French language through an approach that combined structured learning with interaction, activities and practical communication. The programme was designed not simply to teach French as a subject, but to encourage students to actively use the language and develop the confidence to communicate.
Learning French Through Interaction
The Summer Camp introduced students to the essential foundations of French, including:
Basic French vocabulary and expressions
French pronunciation and phonetics
Fundamental grammar
Everyday communication
Speaking and listening skills
Practical conversational French
Particular emphasis was placed on pronunciation and communication, allowing students to become familiar with the sounds and rhythm of French while gradually developing their ability to use the language in everyday situations.
Rather than relying exclusively on conventional classroom instruction, the sessions were conducted in an interactive and participatory manner. Students were encouraged to ask questions, participate in activities, practise conversations and actively engage with the language.
An Interactive and Successful Learning Experience
One of the most rewarding aspects of this year's Summer Camp was the enthusiastic participation of the students. The interactive nature of the programme created an environment in which students were comfortable experimenting with the language, making mistakes and learning from them.
The Summer Camp was extremely well received and highly praised, making the third edition another successful chapter in this ongoing educational initiative.
For La Plume Française, this success is particularly meaningful because it reinforces our belief that language education becomes most powerful when students are given opportunities to learn, participate and communicate rather than simply memorise.
